If you are looking at standing desks, one of the best options is actually getting one that allows the user to sit or stand. We know the dangers of too much sitting; however there also is a danger if you are standing all day long. Standing for hours not only causes extreme fatigue, but issues with blood flow can also result. The ideal solution is the ability to stand when you have energy, and then sit when you get tired.
